The NIH Grant Will be Used to Fund a 3-Year Study Offering Virtual Job Interview Training to 16 Michigan and California Schools

The Lab has partnered with these schools to build off of previous efforts that found the training, “improved interview skills, lessened interview anxiety and led to more students finding competitive employment within six months of completing the program…” Learn more about this study.

“They also will recruit new partners by reaching out to special education directors and school board members (those interested can contact [Dr. Matt] Smith at [email protected]).”
